What changes

Almost everyone who signs up for a self-paced program quietly stops. Not because the material is bad — because there's no one on the other side of it. A coach that notices on day three instead of day thirty changes the shape of that curve.

How it works

There is no build, no integration project and no engineer. You upload what you already teach and set up a coach to teach it.
Load your material
Your course, your policy manual, your curriculum, your program. Documents, slides, video transcripts — whatever you already have. The coach teaches your content, not generic content.
Set up your coach
Give it a name and a voice. Say how it should sound, what it should push people on, and when it should chase someone who's gone quiet. Fifteen minutes in a setup wizard.
Your learners talk to it
They speak, it answers — on your site, in your app, or over the phone. Any hour. It explains the part they missed, quizzes them, and lets them practise the conversation they're dreading.
It keeps them moving
It remembers every session and works out how each person learns — what they already knew, what they got wrong twice, what gets them going again. When someone stalls, it reaches out first.
